MPC can plate onto Brass Zinc Steel Copper

Polishing and buffing is performed in-house on a variety of manual and automatic machines.

MPC can provide the plating only, or complete die-cast or machined parts on a turnkey basis.

Plating increases wear resistance between moving parts. PVD coatings provide lifetime gold and brass finishes without the need for an organic top coat.

MPC's metal plating process begins with copper and ends with hexavalent chrome. The performance of the plating meets category 2 requirements for corrosion resistance on interior applications.

Chrome plating mimics the surface of the part being plated. Adding texture to the tool allows a stippled or brush chrome finish to be duplicated on the metal or plastic part.
